We love children at Hawhammock Bapitst Church. Every program and event is done to REACH children and TEACH them strong biblical content while we ENCOURAGE and EDIFY them in their faith journey. Our goal is for our kids to grow to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ!

Children meet every Wednesday night during the school year from 6 pm - 7:45 pm. We have classes from newborn all the way up to 5th grade. Parents may sign kids in at the welcome table in the family life center.

Established in 1995, Upward Sports is the world's largest Christian youth sports provider. Today, approximately half a million players at more than 2000 churches in 47 states participate in camps, clinics, and leagues. The Upward Mission is to PROMOTE THE DISCOVERY OF JESUS THROUGH SPORTS!!
The Upward Basketball program began at Hawhammock in September of 2004. Children do not have to be members of our church to join our league. Our basketball league is for children in pre-K through 6th grade.
Evaluations are in November, practices begins in December and games are played in January and February! Click here for a registration form or call our office for details about registration.
preschool
Our preschool ministry is designed to teach children about the love of Jesus and the wonders of God's creation through music, stories, games and crafts!! We have a Cribs and Crawlers class (birth to 18 months), a Toddlers class (18 months to 3 years old), and a Preschool class (3 & 4 years old) for Sunday School.
